  • liaison with local suppliers and order stock as needed in the Assistant Managers / Managers absence
  • prepare & Cook menu items as per caffi cyfle specifications
  • maintain excellent levels of communication with the café team
  • carry out general tasks as required ensuring the smooth operation of the company
  • ensure the efficient running of the café, preparing and cooking food to a high standard whilst promoting and ensuring good customer service
  • adhere and complete inhouse food Management system to achieve the current scores on the door
  • replenish the merchandise for sale in the café to maximise sales
