Responsibility
- to take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient warehouse operation in line with GDL and customer expectations
- ensure customer service levels exceeds expectations through effective communication, planning and achievement of KPIs
- develop and monitor strategic daily, weekly operational labour and MHE plans aligned to customer forecasts
- ensure processes and procedures are in place, monitored and improved
