Responsibility
supervise all front office personnel. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and proper completion of all front office tasks
responsible for ensuring the reception area is tidy, well-presented and clutter-free at all times
monitors the operation of the switchboard ensuring all calls are dealt with efficiently and that the right level of customer service is offered
is aware of the Health and Safety at Work Act, licensing and fire regulations, and ensure that these are strictly adhered to
attends training and team meetings, and performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Head of Club Experience
performs the role of Duty Manager if required
makes recommendations regarding necessary capital expenditures to the Head of Club Experience Manager and informs the Maintenance Manager about special maintenance and repair work required in the reception area
