Working hours

Requirements

  • be able to communicate effectively with Supervisors and Co-workers
  • ability to multi-task and work is a fast-paced environment
  • work well as part of a team as well as independently
  • previous experience in a warehouse role is not essential, but it might help you find your feet a little quicker
  • good Literacy and numeracy
  • current Counterbalance Forklift Licence is advantageous, but training can be provided to the right individual. Due to the location of the office own transport will be required

Responsibility

  • prepare sub-assembly items
  • receive deliveries, unloading, and organising them within the warehouse
  • report any accidents, damages, errors or hazards
  • deal with customer collections
  • ensuring stock levels are maintained, identifying low stock levels of products and packaging materials
  • loading of delivery vehicles out
  • green-tech is the UKs largest landscaping supplier, providing quality landscaping materials and wholesale garden supplies for landscaping contractors, architects, designers and landowners
  • clean and tidy the warehouse and yard when possible
