- the apprenticeship will give you a fantastic qualification that you can utilise in any customer facing office setting
- being well presented, personable & friendly with excellent time keeping skills will be vital to this role
- this role offers the right person a great chance to start their career working in an office setting whilst completing an excellent Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship at the same time
- call handling for internal and external phone calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- although no previous experience is required, we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed & friendly individual with a passion for great customer service to join our friendly team
- office duties such as filing, photocopying ect
- the right candidate will enjoy working with a variety of people with a high level of attention to detail whilst being comfortable multitasking
