Requirements
high school diploma or equivalent
strong willingness to learn and grow in the designated field
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure precise measurements and cuts
basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibility
install and repair various types of tile, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone
measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and create desired patterns
prepare surfaces by cleaning and levelling them before installation
mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
grout and seal tiles to ensure a finished and polished appearance
collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations for tile selection
attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects
