- preferred Orthodontic experience
- excellent communication skills
- healthcare reception: 1 year
- previous practice management experience - 2 years minimum
- staff management experience including but not limited to leave handling, appraisals, monitoring training etc
- previous experience in managing compliance and ensuring requirements of HIW/CQC are met
- track record in KPI management - NHS and private
- experience of ensuring banking is accurate e.g. reconciliation of receipts
- budget management experience
- experience in analysing financial data to inform decision making
- excellent interpersonal skills
- CQC / HIW compliance
- dental Nursing: 1 year
