Responsibility

  • liaising with customers for any arranging deliveries into the Fulfilment Centre
  • liaising with couriers/ postal service providers and pallet carriers to arrange uplifting of stock and delivery of orders
  • order Processing which includes uploading customers orders into the WMS and amending any orders which need amended

warehouse supervisor

Responsibility

  • order Fulfilment: Actively participate in and supervise the picking of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • inventory Management: Conduct cycle counting and assist with receiving inventory accurately and promptly
  • resource Allocation Support: Help plan and organise the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and space, to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • support Daily Operations: Assist the Fulfilment Centre Site Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely from inbound to outbound
