  • proven track record in new business development, identifying strategy, building your own pipeline and delivering new business opportunities
  • strong sales and negotiation skills
  • experience in building, recruiting and managing a sales team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • provide strong leadership and management skills supporting, mentoring and motivating the sales team to deliver against their set targets
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • demonstrate strong sales technique including selling, presentation, closing ability, customer relationship building and contract negotiation skills
  • knowledge of math, including profit margins, mark ups, and discounts
