Responsibility
- maintaining high standards of hygiene
- preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
- dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- communicating with senior chefs on any operational issues
- preparing food as assigned on a daily basis
- ensuring that all food items for the service are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards
