Requirements
proven experience as a café or restaurant manager, with a minimum of two years in a similar role
professional qualification in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality Management
knowledge of food safety requirements
personal alcohol licence holder
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
experience of working with a largely volunteer workforce
customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service
passion for heritage railways and an understanding of the importance of preserving this unique part of our cultural heritage
