- large Style Catering for Approximately 150 for Breakfast and Lunch
- prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
- transport would be an advantage due to location
- collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- experience of large scale catering would be an advantage
- monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- strong communication and teamwork skills
