technical manager

Requirements

  • extensive experience in prioritisation and managing complex support operations with a focus on high-quality service delivery
  • networking/web architectures including HTTP
  • strong understanding of platform, products and integration with different environments
  • containers / Cloud Platforms
  • experience with troubleshooting complex software, networking, cloud solutions and APIs
  • experience with Access Management products, Identity Providers, Oauth2 protocol, JSON Web Token standard
  • familiarity with SQL, programming/scripting languages , and cloud infrastructure will be very valuable
  • experience with databases , search engine is a plus

Responsibility

  • oversee the daily operations of the technical support team, including managing performance, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, to address customer concerns, report recurring issues, and provide valuable feedback to enhance the product
  • lead training initiatives to ensure that the Support team is knowledgeable, up-to-date on product features, and equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively

  • experience and understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms, API, security, data, integration, and application layers
  • experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or equivalent
  • demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, prioritise work, and resolve complex technical and organisational challenges
  • clear, effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills
