deal with in coming calls and booking in all out bound delivery’s
running the cheps electronic pallets transfer system daily
to maintain the leicester site extra costing spread sheet
raising and processing Manifests
POD retrieval- ensure all pods are indexed and scanned into the system in a timely fashion
ensure all drivers and customers are informed of plans given by the manager and that the computer system is up to date
complete booking request forms for each customer
to communicate between sales staff and the transport office changes in plans and situations that arise outside Benson Group, and any production issues involving the transport department
Requirements
excellent attention to detail
excellent communication skills essential
reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
highly organised
able to effectively prioritise and adapt to a varied and changeable workload
good communication skills bother verbal and written
ideally have previous admin experience in a similar environment
