  • guest care: Pre-arrival liaison, on-arrival inductions and ongoing liaison as required
  • finance: overseeing payment receivables and managing accounts in arrears
  • housekeeping: Setting housekeeping schedule and monitoring quality of work
  • staff management: Direct line management of a property supervisor, maintenance specialist and housekeeper
  • sales: overseeing initial responses to new enquiries, through to viewings and contracting, undertaking regular competitor analysis and keeping up to date with market changes
