Working hours

Responsibility
- perform a range of skin and laser treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, acne treatments, and pigmentation reduction
- conduct thorough consultations and assessments to determine suitable treatment plans for clients
- high levels of customer service
- educate clients on proper skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-treatment care
- maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-up appointments
- adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements
- valid certification as a beauty therapist - Level 3 or equivalent
- strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- strong organisational skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
- commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to learn new techniques
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- certification or hands-on experience in laser hair removal procedures is desirable, but not essential as full training can be provided
