- QCF Level 5 in Residential childcare or equivalent - Essential
- full UK Driving Licence
- A passion for working with children - Essential
- willingness to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care
- working with Children: 1 year
- conduct initial patient consultations, including assessing oral health conditions, reviewing medical history, and planning appropriate treatments
- perform a range of dental treatments such as fillings, child extractions, polishing, fluoride applications, and taking radiographs
- provide preventative oral care advice and treatments to patients
- assist with orthodontic procedures and provide care under the supervision of a dentist
- maintain patient records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality
- work collaboratively with dentists to provide comprehensive care
- qualified Dental Therapist, registered with the GDC
- proven experience in dental therapy, with a strong foundation in both clinical and theoretical aspects
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with patients
- A commitment to high ethical standards and continuing professional education
- ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- interest and capability in managing a private practice component
- dental Hygienist: 1 year
- carry out Band 1, Band 3 and Private Dental Treatments
- willing to grow your own brand within the clinic
- demonstrate eagerness to learn and provide patients with exceptional service
- GDC Registration
