- be responsible for developing constructive working relationships within the wider community to promote the overall outcomes for looked after children
- produce monitoring reports and evaluation as required and in keeping with organisational policies and procedures and within agreed deadlines
Requirements
- 2 years minimum residential childcare experience
- experience in line management as a senior Residential support worker and Deputy Manager - Desirable
- QCF Level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent - Essential
- level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
- QCF Level 5 in Residential childcare or equivalent - Essential
- full UK Driving Licence
- A passion for working with children - Essential
- willingness to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care
