build sector expertise and a network to promote the firm through publishing research reports, pitching for mandates, organising and being involved in company events and attending public conferences

analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to connect high-level strategic thinking to the nuances in company’s financials
strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
proficiency in English and German languages
