ensure that a comprehensive set of policies and procedures is always in place in order to underpin the safe and effective delivery of services across the entire organisation
support the Proprietor for delegated duties as assigned from time to time. o Support the identification of new market opportunities
to undertake any other duties which may be required within the scope and level of the post
ensure that a system for maintaining staff records is in place and always works effectively
supporting the Serious Incidents and Near Misses reporting policy and procedure, including the development of plans and subsequent implementation to avoid repetitions
