- ensure that a comprehensive set of policies and procedures is always in place in order to underpin the safe and effective delivery of services across the entire organisation
- support the Proprietor for delegated duties as assigned from time to time. o Support the identification of new market opportunities
- to undertake any other duties which may be required within the scope and level of the post
- ensure that a system for maintaining staff records is in place and always works effectively
- supporting the Serious Incidents and Near Misses reporting policy and procedure, including the development of plans and subsequent implementation to avoid repetitions
