• as you progress, you’ll also work on technical tasks to proactively keep accounts healthy, for example resolving billing issues for customers
• you’ll be resolving any issues with their accounts, and then putting things right
• proactively contacting our customers to obtain readings, using both email and outbound dialing, where we have been unable to obtain accurate meter reads, and understanding the importance of this data
