- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in product design or industrial design
- 3-5 years of toy industry experience
- good sketching skills to clearly present ideas and concepts
- good skills in 3D design software
- basic understanding of 3D sculpting is highly advantageous
- good knowledge of current design packages, including Adobe Creative Suite
- strong interest in toys
- experience managing schedules across multiple simultaneous projects
- create packaging solutions for existing and new brands
- collaborate with an international team of graphic experts and design agencies
- translate concepts and briefs into eye catching graphics
- create stand-out POS material and exhibition decoration
- assist brainstorms and research initial concepts / designs including competitor packs
- understand and interpret briefs from the global product design and marketing departments
- apply and maintain brand consistency across our toy and game ranges
- provide written briefs for artwork, illustrations and photography to external suppliers
- qualifications & Experience - You will need to be a qualified graphic / packaging design graduate or equivalent qualification

- proactively brainstorm and research initial concepts / designs including competitor packs
- understand and interpret briefs from the global product design and marketing teams
- direct, co-ordinate and attend photo shoots , as agreed with Marketing
- keep current with competitor / fashionable packs / trends
- liaise with PI team on safety and legal pack requirements
- consult with the product designers and engineering on the features, function, costs & manufacturing issues
- record all relevant project details, maintaining current project files
- provide pack mock-ups for previews / sample selections / listings etc as and when required
