candidates must have experience in the accident repair industry, you would be expected to work alongside the workshop staff within your given area of expertise to motivate the team and give help where needed, the manager element would be to work closely with senior management to monitor workshop performance in order to achieve the completion of allocated hours given to the productives, you will need to keep the workflow running smoothly whilst identifying any problems that may occur and make sure these are dealt with swiftly to ensure the profitability and quality of repairs are maintained
