Responsibility

  • will collaborate with other architects and engineers and freely share knowledge and develop capabilities and competencies in others
  • develop reference maturity models, including for resilience and monitoring and use these to assess as-is and to-be architectural states for services
  • will work with other architects, engineers and stakeholders to define governance controls and standards that simplify, speed and secure our enterprise
  • producing and maintaining capability and value stream mapping where required
  • take a leading role in the development, implementation and operation of the Architecture and Technology Operating Models and Enterprise Architecture strategy and tooling
  • lead identification and implementation of Enterprise tooling to support the business, reducing duplication of function
  • will understand and document business problems, working with product management and other business stakeholders, and develop strategies and solution architectures that solve those business problems
  • work with stakeholders, other architects and engineers to ensure that architectures are aligned across products and business areas

Education

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent in acknowledged STEM subject
