Working hours

Responsibility

  • attend service calls at customer sites to carry out routine maintenance and reactive repairs on current Air Source Heat Pump installations
  • grow and develop with the company, once up to speed, provide training and development to future individuals as the company grows
  • interface politely and confidently with a mixture of clients from the domestic to commercial sector
  • have the ability to problem solve on their own
  • job Title: Refrigeration Service Engineer
  • ensure all site working areas are left tidy and clean
  • ensure customer satisfaction with every aspect of our service
  • accurately report back on each issue attended, the resulting fix and with forward thinking, a solution to better develop the product range

Requirements

  • F-Gas qualification
  • work well in a team, but just as affectively on their own
  • experience of fitting pipe and carrying out plumbing work
  • knowledge of wiring diagrams and installation schematics would be beneficial
  • full UK driving licence
  • fitting Pipe and Plumbing work: 1 year
