- we have exciting opportunity for a machine operative to join our entrepreneurial environment
- you will be operating Pharmaceutical machinery, such tablet presses, capsule machines and packaging machinery
- previous experience in food/powder handling in clean room environments is essential
- to carry out all relevant duties as required
- operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse
- manage inventory using our warehouse management system to track stock levels
- handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organization
- assist in stocking shelves and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment
- perform lifting and manual handling tasks as required
- pick and pack orders accurately for shipping
- coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products
- load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- proven experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role
- valid forklift certification is preferred
- familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labour
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
- adhere to food safety standards and HACCP protocols throughout the production cycle
- conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards
- assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required
- maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies
- collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues
- experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
- strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- basic mathematical skills for accurate measurement and record-keeping
- mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment when necessary
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
