Responsibility
manage one fulfilment manager to deliver daily order fulfilment requirements providing line level support in peak and recruitment periods
ensure adherence to stock processing deadlines and standards across deliveries, transfers, and price changes
participate in new store openings from pop ups/concessions to permanent stand alone stores, and support managers with store repairs and upgrades
lead two retail store managers and a boutique retail team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets by delivering on-brand customer service and managing the store environment and operations in line with brand standards
structure and oversee investment in company culture and employee journey
lead all retail and fulfilment recruitment and onboarding ensuring that all training and appraisal programs are run in line with company standards including maintaining and improving store manuals and training/onboarding materials
run store walkthroughs and service support visits to ensure teams are delivering against the service standards, visual merchandising is on brand, store maintenance and stock operations are to standard
oversee manager led stock takes and take responsibility for overall stock loss figures, coordinating line management plans to achieve stock loss targets
Requirements
excellent customer service and proven track record of driving store teams to achieve revenue targets
A strong understanding of budgets including sales targets and payroll budget allowance
incredible communication skills primarily verbal but also written for updating manuals, appraisals, etc
A minimum of 4 years retail management experience, with a strong portfolio in fashion retail . Cluster management experience is preferred but not required

perform general maintenance and repairs on retail store premises, including carpentry work, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks
conduct routine inspections of store facilities to identify and address maintenance issues in a timely manner
respond promptly to maintenance requests from store managers and staff, and prioritise tasks based on urgency
assist with the installation and assembly of fixtures, shelving units, signage, and other store equipment as needed
adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers
collaborate with brand and store managers as well as other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimise disruption to store operations
keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, and materials purchased (with receipts for all as well as any other relevant documentation
