learning about and researching the hedge fund sector. Using this knowledge to add value to the firms business development processes
researching new opportunities in the market
conducting research on the Hedge Fund and Asset Management industries relevant to the company’s business
working closely with candidates to understand their skill set, background and career objectives
being able to spot opportunities in the market and act upon potential leads
coordinate and arrange meetings between Clients and Candidates
Requirements
degree educated is preferable
experience within financial services or recruitment would be an advantage, however someone new out of university would also be strongly considered
strong written and verbal communication skills are a must alongside a strong interest and appetite to learn more about the investment management industry
