- resourcing candidates via a variety of different sources and means
- learning about and researching the hedge fund sector. Using this knowledge to add value to the firms business development processes
- researching new opportunities in the market
- conducting research on the Hedge Fund and Asset Management industries relevant to the company’s business
- working closely with candidates to understand their skill set, background and career objectives
- being able to spot opportunities in the market and act upon potential leads
- coordinate and arrange meetings between Clients and Candidates
Requirements
- degree educated is preferable
- experience within financial services or recruitment would be an advantage, however someone new out of university would also be strongly considered
- strong written and verbal communication skills are a must alongside a strong interest and appetite to learn more about the investment management industry
