- oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- manage and train bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- create and update drink menus, ensuring a wide variety of options for customers
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- maintain knowledge of current industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the bar experience
