Responsibility
- price up jobs and provide accurate quotes to clients resulting in a percentage of the profits from work undergone
- supervise and manage a team of workers
- coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards
- ensure that all safety regulations are being followed
- read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- perform bricklaying tasks when required
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional bricklayer
- experience working as a foreman or supervisor
- strong leadership and communication skills
- in-depth knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and regulations
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- able to travel as work will be across the midlands but mainly in the Derby region
