- your role will be pivotal in optimising our HR operations, processes, and fostering employee development to empower them for success
- getAgent is the first port of call when looking to sell your home. Where buyers go to Rightmove, sellers go to GetAgent. Best known as the estate agent comparison site, we help 15,000 homeowners per month find the best estate agent
- you’ll take charge of all HR- related functions, including onboarding, performance management and retention while also supporting to upskill our teams
- with a friendly team of over 70 people based in beautiful offices in Old Street we are backed by some of the industry’s leading investors including Channel 4, Seedcamp and 500 Startups
- collaboration will be key, as you work closely with the department heads and business founders on critical initiatives and key projects
- this role primarily centres around HR process management and efficient HR operations while collaborating closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition
