Responsibility

  • accurate processing of client account receipts, payments, bills etc
  • daily review of bank statements
  • daily bank reconciliations
  • process client and office account payments by BACS/CHAPS
  • posting client and office cheques on accounts system and preparing the banking
  • contribute to accurate and timely month end closure
  • liaise with Partners, Fee Earners and senior management team relating to any queries that arise
  • ensure strict adherence with the Solicitor Account Rules – must have a good working knowledge of these Rules
