Responsibility

  • perform and support daily, weekly, and monthly quality control testing, inspections and procedures using four routine assays

  • weekly maintenance of quality control equipment to ensure proper fabrication of IntelliGen product

manufacturing technician

Responsibility

  • maintains scientific instrumentation including microfluidic and laser based optical components
  • keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and escalating calls for complex repairs
  • works closely with lab manager, QC manager and production to help maintain production KPI’s
  • maintains fluidic supplies by cleaning, sterilizing components as needed. Prepares solutions for cleaning equipment using chemical lab techniques
