Responsibility

  • passionate and experienced in creating an excellent customer experience
  • support the running of our retail store and achieve KPI's
  • an excellent leader, able to recruit, train, motivate and retain a great team
  • ensure we always deliver unbeatable customer service and leading by example
  • welcome and help customers that enter our store whether they need tech support, advice or to purchase an accessory from us
  • entrepreneurial and creative, able to drive growth in the store
  • able to get the best out of your staff, your customers and your stock
  • manage the team ensuring all opportunity to upsell and offer product recommendations forms part of their daily role

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • continuity in employment, solid understanding of profit and loss
  • an understanding of KPI’s excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • organised and efficient with your time, able to self-manage whilst being comfortable asking for help or guidance when you need it
  • motivated by own workload, priorities and deadlines
