- welcome and help customers that enter our store whether they need tech support, advice or to purchase an accessory from us
- entrepreneurial and creative, able to drive growth in the store
- able to get the best out of your staff, your customers and your stock
- manage the team ensuring all opportunity to upsell and offer product recommendations forms part of their daily role
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- continuity in employment, solid understanding of profit and loss
- an understanding of KPI’s excellent verbal and written communication skills
- organised and efficient with your time, able to self-manage whilst being comfortable asking for help or guidance when you need it
- motivated by own workload, priorities and deadlines
