- our product and engineering hub in Belfast opened in April 2022, and the team has grown rapidly, headed up by Eamonn Boyle, acting VP of Engineering

- our deliberate lack of unnecessary hierarchy, and our focus on the job to be done , means you’ll work from day one on making thousands of businesses around the world more effective

- remaining hands-on, you’ll drive large projects, work cross-functionally and look at the wider picture across Gearset
- you’ll work as an individual contributor for the first few months, embedding into the engineering function before taking on a team
