Responsibility

Requirements

  • accredited toolmaking experience
  • experience operating general tool room machinery including milling, turning and surface grinding
  • A keen eye for detail – must be able to accurately read and understand engineer drawings
  • ability to work under minimal supervision and use own initiative
  • experience working within a busy manufacturing environment
  • experience in use of lifting equipment and overhead crane
  • experience of extrusion process
  • trained in safe manual handling and familiar with modern health and safety at work practices
