Requirements
experience in planning and executing new product launches
A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and drive delivery of multiple concurrent tasks
experience in Healthcare in B2B and B2C marketing, ideally having worked with capital products
hands-on experience in working with CRM Databases
experience in utilising a range of commercial/finance solutions to suit a variety of customer needs
previous success in a UK role whilst supporting Europe within the medical device / capital equipment industry covering strategy development, product management, customer insights, integrated marketing communications
experience in selling/launching "Value-Lead Solutions" to a range of stakeholders would be considered advantageous
Responsibility
reporting to the Capital Category Director the Marketing Activation Manager will support the development and implementation of strategic channel plans and activate relevant marketing initiatives in each region
this role will also help manage our capital equipment portfolio , ensuring market intelligence and customer insights are fed back into category marketing teams, helping develop best-in-class customer value propositions
