Requirements
- experience in planning and executing new product launches
- A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
- strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and drive delivery of multiple concurrent tasks
- experience in Healthcare in B2B and B2C marketing, ideally having worked with capital products
- hands-on experience in working with CRM Databases
- experience in utilising a range of commercial/finance solutions to suit a variety of customer needs
- previous success in a UK role whilst supporting Europe within the medical device / capital equipment industry covering strategy development, product management, customer insights, integrated marketing communications
- experience in selling/launching "Value-Lead Solutions" to a range of stakeholders would be considered advantageous
Responsibility
- reporting to the Capital Category Director the Marketing Activation Manager will support the development and implementation of strategic channel plans and activate relevant marketing initiatives in each region
- this role will also help manage our capital equipment portfolio , ensuring market intelligence and customer insights are fed back into category marketing teams, helping develop best-in-class customer value propositions
