Responsibility

  • lead reinsurance pricing analytics on a portfolio of clients, including strategic reviews to refresh and optimise reinsurance strategy
  • help drive the team growth through participation in RFPs, team management / mentorship and developing current and prospect client relationships
  • we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, happy to lead meetings and deliver risk solutions

Requirements

  • qualified actuary with circa 10 year experience
  • prior experience in insurance and/or reinsurance pricing techniques
  • ideally from a PL experience although not mandatory
  • excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to forming relationships with clients
  • sound knowledge and confidence in presenting model outputs, model limitations, and assumptions
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • eligible to work in the UK
