landscaper
Responsibility
- perform hard and soft landscaping tasks, including planting, turfing, paving, decking and constructing garden features
- building, and maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard
- operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
- there will also be opportunities to work on RHS show gardens, as part of the Gadd Brothers team
- collaborate with the team to execute designs according to project plans and client specifications
- conduct site preparation, including grading, excavation and drainage work
- ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely and on schedule
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
Requirements
- ability to read and work from landscaping plans and CAD drawings
- knowledge of lighting and irrigation systems
- knowledge of large tree planting
- experience of using a Hilti Total Station
- experience of plant machinery
- proven experience in landscaping, with expertise in hard landscaping
- proficiency in using landscaping tools and machinery
- strong understanding of landscaping techniques, plants and materials
