ensure all staff are adequately trained on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
Requirements
proven experience in a similar Quality Assurance leadership role within the food manufacturing or fresh produce industry
in-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
demonstrable experience in implementing and managing a robust QMS
HACCP Level 3/4 qualification
strong understanding of auditing principles and experience in conducting internal and external audits
excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
