- established for over 14 years, there are now 3 arms to the business – construction, damp proofing and property
- act as the initial point of contact between client, director and contractors
- visit sites and survey projects
- price projects
- create quotations
- obtain best price and order materials from suppliers
- manage contractors
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- have full driving licence
- very good knowledge of the construction industry
- time served in the construction industry
- be highly organised with excellent people & communication skills
- management: 5 years
- be able to work independently using your own initiative, as well as being able to work as part of a team
