  • working closely with client teams and users to co-create impactful design solutions

  • you’re comfortable rapidly ideating multiple design solutions, through sketching, wireframing, user flows and interactive prototyping to clearly communicate design concepts

  • maintaining robust, scalable design systems that both developers and designers love to use
  • you might not be able to write code, but you know the lingo and understand the limitations of front-end development

Requirements

  • experience working in a UX/UI, Product Design or similar role
  • experience of agile product development, working in a lean and agile environment, as part of cross-functional teams
  • expertise using modern prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch, to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for responsive web and mobile applications
  • A deep understanding of how to build, scale and organise components and patterns in tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • experience using collaborative workspace tools such as Miro to share project work and host remote workshops
  • knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
  • experience working with, and contributing to Design Systems
  • you’ve supported research and discovery activities such as user and stakeholder interviews, secondary research, and usability testing

  • proven track record in senior finance leadership roles in an international, fast-paced environment

Education

  • M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
