Requirements

- attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customers directly to make access arrangements

- to carry out a range of bricklaying, concreting, roofing and plaster patching and jobbing bricklaying work such as pointing, roof repairs in and around domestic properties
- to carry out a range of roofing, pointing, chimney repairs, tiling, brickwork repairs, plaster patching, concreting and other jobbing bricklaying repairs in and around domestic properties
- minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHG’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy
