inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks for packaging, overruns, and ingredients to maintain accurate inventory levels
new Product Development: Collaborate with the NPD Manager to formulate and create new products that align with our company's goals and customer preferences
10. Directors Assistance: Assist the directors with ad hoc duties at their request
ingredient Management: Assist in sourcing and ordering flavour samples and other ingredients, keeping track of ingredient stock levels, and dealing with supplier invoices
production Support: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth production processes, including coordinating ingredients and packaging as needed
customer Engagement: Collaborate with the account managers to create customer product specifications and address customer inquiries about packaging requirements
due to the nature of the business and job role, the ideal candidate must be capable of testing and conducting trials of a variety of raw materials ranging from Dairy, Plant-based ingredients including Soya and Caffeinated drinks
