FURNCARE is looking for employees for positions:
- oversee, coach and lead the internal customer service team
- hire and onboard future Customer Service Advisors as required

- overseeing and working with purchasing Co-Ordinator to ensure consistent levels of stocks are maintained and suppliers are monitored
- identify trends and issues, provide optimisation feedback to the wider team
- producing work schedules for warehouse and production teams on assembly line to meet deadlines
- maintaining QC standards and quality of packaging including branding
- working with warehouse team to make sure daily and weekly targets are met
- analysing financial data and production reports to improve efficiency
- monitoring warehouse performance to ensure schedules are prioritized for on time dispatch/loading
- controlling labour for warehouse and to ensure sufficient labour requirements are met
- good oral and written communication skills
- people management skills including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people
- practical understanding of warehouse procedures
- knowledge of transport and distribution
- attention to detail and accuracy
- understanding of customer service
- numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management
- initiative and decisiveness to lead the team
- assemble and build flat pack furniture
- quality control check furniture before applying packaging
- picking parts from storage before assembly

- ensure keeping to schedule as set out by warehouse manager to ensure all furniture will be ready for loading
- unloading lorries of furniture and pallets
- picking furniture and furnishings from warehouse storage ready for loading
- experience with moving and handling furniture
