Responsibility

  • oversee, coach and lead the internal customer service team
  • hire and onboard future Customer Service Advisors as required
  • improve efficiency in the team by assessing work flows and effectively co-ordinating the work load
  • establish customer service policies and procedures
  • proactively add value to the customer experience to ensure it's truly hassle-free
  • interacting with customers daily via phone, email and web chat to answer enquiries, overcome issues and solve their challenges
  • utilise our internal system to raise orders and quotes, log communications and update customer records
  • free the sales team from all admin by up-skilling the customer service team, to ensure they can manage relationships with key customers directly

Responsibility

  • overseeing and working with purchasing Co-Ordinator to ensure consistent levels of stocks are maintained and suppliers are monitored
  • identify trends and issues, provide optimisation feedback to the wider team
  • producing work schedules for warehouse and production teams on assembly line to meet deadlines
  • maintaining QC standards and quality of packaging including branding
  • working with warehouse team to make sure daily and weekly targets are met
  • analysing financial data and production reports to improve efficiency
  • monitoring warehouse performance to ensure schedules are prioritized for on time dispatch/loading
  • controlling labour for warehouse and to ensure sufficient labour requirements are met

Requirements

  • picking furniture and furnishings from warehouse storage ready for loading
