- experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products and solutions
- bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degrees such as business management, business administration, or finance
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- ideally previous payments experience/knowledge of Visa
- basic knowledge of Visa rules, and FPS / BACS / CHAPS / SWIFT
- willingness to learn new schemes and rulebooks to assist the Support and Operations teams
