Responsibility
- to provide 3rd line infrastructure/server support for customer environments, be it on-premises server estates or hosted privately or publicly
- trouble shoot complex customer problems and provide senior technical support
- this role will provide support to both Managed Service customer contracts and our data centre infrastructure
Requirements
- at least 18 months recent experience in a 3rd line support role at an MSP
- infrastructure support experience in an ITIL environment
- excellent communications skills and a professional telephone manner are essential in this customer-focused role
- experience of technical 3rd line support on a busy service desk
- decision making with an analytical mind-set
- proven track record in problem solving and resolving complex issues and experience in researching and developing solutions

- excellent time management skills
