- liaise with Production Operatives and Production Manager
- monitoring of productivity levels
- management of line personnel
- efficient use of raw material
- ensuring KPIs for cost, safety and quality are adhered to
- management of production systems in accordance with BRC
- promotion of high standards of hygiene
- responsible for the cost effective running of the factory’s production lines whilst maintaining safety, quality, and legal standards. It will involve the co-ordination of production and all personnel to meet daily targets
Requirements
- the successful candidate will ideally have a production background and some supervisory experience
- ability to work well under pressure and to think outside the box
- own transport is essential due to location of the company
- flexibility with working hours
- good basic IT Skills
- to be able to multi -task
- excellent communication skills
