  • provide purchase order KPI’s, raising any issues as they arise
  • investigate any variances from the reconciliations back to source data, partnering with Divisions to resolve
  • raise Purchase orders for all stock purchases

Requirements

  • proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar
  • essential
  • A solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to the ledger, and reconciling accounts
  • competent in bank postings and reconciliations, and resolving of any issues arising
  • fully ICT literate and competent in Excel to at least Intermediate level, with the ability to manipulate data from other sources
  • SAGE knowledge preferred
  • excellent planning and time management skills with ability to consistently meet exacting deadlines
  • high level of numeracy and literacy
