FOX WINDOWS & DOORS is looking for employees for positions:
- manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- prepare monthly financial reports
- utilise accounting software Xero to maintain accurate financial records
- assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements
- monthly CIS returns to complete & quarterly VAT returns
- proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero
- strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 3 years
