Requirements
previous construction plant maintenance experience
familiarisation with compaction equipment - though machine specific training will be provided
CSCS card holder - though the company will provide this if required
flexibility to work with other members of staff including apprentices
full UK driving license

Responsibility
drive and operate an 8-wheel tipper HGV to/from site
drive and operate an artic HGV to/from site
transport aggregate to our customers in a safe and professional manner
transport aggregate between our sites in a safe and professional manner
to work in conjunction with your Transport Managers instructions
to work in conjunction with your supervisor’s instructions
maintain vehicle and equipment in line with established company standards and statutory requirements
maintain vehicle and equipment in line with established company standards
Requirements
preferably held Class 2 licence for at least 1 year
full driver CPC
any FORS Training would be advantageous
MPQC and SUD completed courses would be advantageous, however courses can be provided
experience with Aggregate tipping/loading would be preferred but not essential as in-house training will be provided to the right candidates
driving a Goods Vehicle: 2 years

Requirements

computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office
full UK driving license
the General/Workshop Manager position will be responsible for the day to day running of the depot. Organising transport, managing team of people from plant maintenance fitters, a hire controller and transport delivery drivers
previous experience in construction plant maintenance is essential including hydraulics and electrics, preferably to NVQ Level 3, but applicants whom are time served will be equally considered
