  • develop detailed technical production plans, including equipment lists, staffing requirements and timelines
  • collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a detailed technical production budget that aligns with the client's needs
  • source and procure AV and other technical equipment via suppliers, including audio, video, lighting and staging for each event
  • support the Project Manager in the accurate production of floor plans for event setups and flag any planning issues as appropriate
  • support the Project Manager in the production of detailed risk assessments
  • oversee the design and implementation of custom AV solutions, as needed

Requirements

  • proven experience as an AV & Technical Production Manager or similar role
  • strong understanding of audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment
  • understanding of safety regulations for technical production on events
  • experience with live streaming and virtual events
  • excellent project management and organizational skills
  • authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
