- collaborate with clients and internal Project Managers to understand their vision and requirements for the event
- develop detailed technical production plans, including equipment lists, staffing requirements and timelines
- collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a detailed technical production budget that aligns with the client's needs
- source and procure AV and other technical equipment via suppliers, including audio, video, lighting and staging for each event
- support the Project Manager in the accurate production of floor plans for event setups and flag any planning issues as appropriate
- support the Project Manager in the production of detailed risk assessments
- oversee the design and implementation of custom AV solutions, as needed
Requirements
- proven experience as an AV & Technical Production Manager or similar role
- strong understanding of audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment
- understanding of safety regulations for technical production on events
- experience with live streaming and virtual events
- excellent project management and organizational skills
- authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
